State 2 State Auto Transport will not be responsible for any contents other then standard equipment left in the vehicle.  Vehicle must be free of contents, unless agreed upon prior to pickup. Vehicle being sent internationally are subject to stricter guidelines.

All delivery dates and times are only an estimate for normal deliveries.  Delays may occur, so delivery time can not be guaranteed with certainty. NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE MADE WITH REPSPECT TO DELIVERY TIMES OR DATES.

State 2 State Auto Transport will not be responsible for damage caused by freezing engine, cooling system and or batteries.

The customer is responsible for preparing the vehicle for transport.  All loose parts, fragile or protruding accessories, low hanging spoilers, etc, must be removed and properly secured.   If vehicle is modified (such as lowered, lifted, and extended)   and that can not be altered such facts must be disclosed in writing to State 2 State Auto Transport in advance.  An additional fee of $75.00 will apply if such information is not disclosed is in the when initial quote was given.

State 2 State Auto Transport and customer agree that should this vehicle become inoperative for any reason during the transport a charge of $150.00 (one hundred and fifty dollars) will be added to the transport charges and will be collected at the time of vehicle delivery or applied to Bill of Lading invoice.

Door to Door service defined: Transport truck will pick up and deliver your vehicle as close as possible to the address you provide. For safety reasons, if they can not enter the street you will be asked to meet in safe location to load/unload the vehicle. If person(s) other then customer is releasing vehicle(s) or receiving vehicle(s) it will be customers responsibility to have designated contact be aware of this possibility need to be able to accommodate.

This is Broker Disclosure statement is to inform you that State 2 State Auto Transport is both a broker and a carrier throughout the United States. As a Bonded Broker (MC-509716-C), we deal with a large network of car transport companies who service many different routes. We network with only reputable carriers who are properly licensed and insured, and we act as the liaison between the carrier and you, the customer. We have a well established base of courteous and professional drivers providing quality service to assure you a worry free transport.

State 2 State Auto Transport may subcontract vehicle to carrier. In such event subcontractor shall be solely responsible for all obligations to customer. State 2 State Auto Transport or subcontractors will be not liable for any damages except for damages to vehicles caused by gross negligence. Customer specifically agrees and waives any other claims against State 2 State Auto Transport or subcontractor including but not limited to minor damages such as scratches, scrapes and chips that result from normal road conditions and wear and tear, for any mechanical failures that occur during the transport interval including failure of any engine, transmission, rear end, motor mounts, drive trains, wiring systems, cooling systems, window motors, radios, power steering, brakes, parking brake, damage to loose or torn or visibly worn convertible tops, any glass damage, car alarms and any other switch or damage that is undetectable due to the vehicles dirty condition at the time of pick-up, or damaged cause by acts of God or other weather conditions.

If damage should occur, all moneys owed for transport must be paid to initiate a claim. Damage must be noted in the proper place on the bill of lading and signed by driver and shipper, regardless or weather, or time of day. Signing of bill of lading without any notation of damage verifies car was received in good condition. State 2 State Auto Transport and its subcontractor must be notified of any damage immediately and following up in writing with description of damage,  written repair estimate(s) and clear photos of damage must submitted within 10 days to subcontractor by fax and or email or by mail upon request.  State 2 State Auto Transport will provide carriers insurance certificate and carrier information when requested.

State 2 State Auto Transport will schedule shipping for your vehicle within one to tens days after your booking is confirmed and order number is assigned. Some routes are quicker, however CERTAIN ROUTES MAY TAKE LONGER THAN 10 DAYS FOR PICK UP TIME. We do our best to accommodate your schedule; therefore there are no guarantees that the desired dates and times you request will be the date of pick up or delivery.

Any claim or controversy from this agreement shall be subject to Orange County, Fullerton, California. State 2 State Auto Transport can only be liable for up to the amount of the deposit paid.

State 2 State Auto Transport has no cancellations fee if you cancel your transport prior to you vehicle(s) are assigned to a carrier. If booked order is cancelled after assigned to carrier there is a $100.00 charge which you agree to be charged.
